Bal DC will take place at the Whittemore House, a historic mansion in Washington’s Dupont Circle neighborhood that houses the Woman’s National Democratic Club. Dance workshops and bals will be held in a spacious ballroom with beautiful wood floors. There is also a cozy upstairs “bar” for the musicians’ workshops and jams. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
